From The Corner Of My Mind

* After getting in our room, it was off to the beach. Beautiful white sand and a very nice place to swim and snorkel. A rain shower moved through late yesterday and stirred the water up and the waves became much bigger. I fed the fish and videoed them on the GoPro. There are great pictures also. * We then went to the room and got ready for dinner. We chose a Brazilian restaurant and it was amazing. The guy that brought your meat selection around was a little slow to serve but overall, it was a good experience. * We finally laid down about midnight. We started yesterday morning at 3:30am. * This morning we had breakfast at one of the buffets. It was so so, not great, but good. * W-spouse and I spent most of the day on the beach and the boys never showed up till way after noon. They needed to recover after chasing girls all night. About 3pm we headed up to the front desk and planned/paid for our excursions. We then played in the huge main pool and got involved in a trivia game somehow. They played song clips and you had to guess the TV show it came from. W-spouse got second place. Most of it was in Spanish, so I didn't have a clue, but I had fun. * It's now 6pm and we are going to meet the boys for supper later. Then either a show, or back to bed. * Our first excursion starts at 8:05 in the morning. Zip lines, underwater caves and river snorkeling, and repelling off of a cliff. The later may be watched by me and W-spouse. * Our only complaint so far is the massiveness of this resort. It's huge. You have to ride a train everywhere. It's nearly to far to walk from one side to the other, which we do, because the boys are on one side and we are on the other. And the beach is nicer where they are. * I am amazed at all the different nationalities we have met, and the different cultures we have witnessed. I was only teasing about the nude beach thing in an earlier post, but today we laid our towels on two beach chairs that we had picked out under a palm tree. We then got in the water and swam. I met a real nice guy from England and we talked for a while. When we returned back to our chairs, he and his wife were setting next to, and slightly behind us. His wife was lying there sunning, and her two mammary glands were exposed in all their glory. Well you know me. I immediately turned to W-spouse and told her that this was unacceptable. So we moved. Or not. Or I may have just enjoyed the scenery all day. She wasn't the only one either. * Time to get in the shower and go to dinner, see ya Around The Corner!
