* I saw a low of 34 degrees this morning on the ride over.
* I was up really late last night. I received a phone call around 11pm that my step-uncle had passed away. His son is one of my best friends and he practically lived with me and my family during his high school and college years. I have been asked to be a pallbearer at his funeral. I would be honored to do so.
* Sorry for the lack of posts. I was real busy yesterday and I have been needing a break anyway.
* I like Twitter as a news feed for information.
* It is being reported as I type this that Kyle Busch has been fired from the Z-Line sponsored Nationwide car. The sponsor has decided that Kyle Busch actions were detrimental to their company and have replaced him with Denny Hamlin for the season ending race.
* It is also being reported that a press conference is scheduled for around noon Eastern time and that Joe Gibbs Racing will announce that Kyle Busch will also be replaced in the M&Ms #18 Sprint Cup car. It is being reported that his car is already being fitted for Aric Almerola to drive the final two races of the season.
* If all this is true.........
* You can piss the boss off, but don't piss the sponsor off.
* NASCAR had already cleared him to drive for the rest of the season.
* I feel this is way overboard, but I'm not the sponsor and he's not representing me.
* If this is true it will be the biggest news to hit NASCAR since Dale Sr death 10 years ago.
* I can assure you that if Joe Gibbs or M&M/Mars releases him, he will be driving another car next year. He has WAY to much talent and way to much ability to set on the sidelines. He will be picked up by someone and will have a sponsor. I'm sure his contract will have strict stipulations regarding his actions on the track.
* I know that he has pushed the limits more than once on the track and in the garage, especially in the last two years, but take away last weekends incident and I don't feel like Kyle has done anything more than any other controversial driver in the past.
* No, I don't feel like his is getting picked on by NASCAR. Yes, I do feel like other drivers and teams have targeted him with actions on the track to push him to do something stupid. My reasoning is this, he has flat out raced them. He has had better cars and out drove them. His ability to drive a loose car on a loose race track is unmatched in NASCAR today. I feel like there are drivers out there that feel like if I can't beat him on the track by driving, that they will expose his only weakness on the track, and that is his ability to control his anger. So they bump him, spin him, race him dirty and then when they know he's had enough, they push his button and he looses it.
* I DO NOT condone what Kyle Busch did on the track last Friday night. I am not making excuses for an action that could have potentionally killed someone. I DO like Kyle Busch and hopes that this is his wake up call and that he will resume his career and go on to win a championship in NASCAR.
* Sorry for all the NASCAR talk. It's that time of the year. Two weeks till we crown a new champion for the first time in 5 years. I'm excited about that whether it's Tony Stewart or not.
* Have a great day, see ya Around The Corner!

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

i've never been a Busch fan... but i have to admit that i pretty much stopped following the races when my favorite driver quit racing... um, in case you're wondering, that would be Kyle Petty... hot hot hot man! sorry :) i always enjoyed racing the drivers of RPM, Waltrip, Wallace, and the Earnhardt clan...i miss those days....
sorry to hear about the passing of your uncle... always so sad to lose those we love...
i love twitter for news too! i have been hanging around on that bastard site g+... don't know that i really like it... could be the growing pangs but it's getting to be a lot like FB, and personally, one FB is plenty enough for me ha!
good luck Friday! will Cole get to play or is he sitting out still?
Like the cat in the wall, let's wait and take action on KB after someone dies? Surely no one wants that.
Never let the out of control person make the first move.
If he is out forever; good riddance.

I've made my stand RBS. I could be wrong and have been many times. I will say this, If he is gone, there are many more waiting on the sidelines that will have just as much ability and talent to replace him.
Please accept my condolences on the death of your step-uncle. Mo
Echoing Mo....so sorry. =(
Re: NASCAR/Busch matter, can you post a YouTube or summary of what happened? Yeah, I missed it...lol, and now you've made me curious!!
