Dan Wheldon Dies In A Fiery Crash At Vegas
In a wreck that some say was one of the biggest wrecks in The IZOD series, Dan Wheldon was airlifted to a Las Vegas hospital after his car went airborne and crashed among 14 other cars. A past Indy Series champion and 2 time Indianapolis 500 winner, Dan Wheldon was known as one of the nicest, most well liked driver in racing. RIP Dan Wheldon 1978-2011
