Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life, but define yourself. Harvey S. Firestone

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

From The Corner Of My Mind

* It feels so good outside this morning. Unbelievable that it was so hot yesterday and the day before.
* Mother in law should get to go home from the hospital this morning. Thanks for the prayers.
* W-stepson #3 is still at home. Mom is staying with him today. She fixed him a pot roast with potatoes, carrots and onions. Spoiled brat.
* W-stepson #2 has been in Magnolia all week fighting the fires. His team was demobilized yesterday and he got to return home. He said it was an incredible experience. They quartered at the First Baptist Church in Magnolia and he said the community was so supportive of them. Every night that they were there, people would come by and grab their dirty clothes and take home and wash them. He said they would return them before morning all clean and folded. He said that the donations people had made was crazy. They didn't want for anything.
*  The building that I ordered is arriving today. 4 weeks and 2 days from the day I ordered it.
* I had an issue with Black Beauty yesterday. I got in it to cool down around 3pm yesterday and the AC wasn't blowing like it should and it didn't feel as cool. I noticed there wasn't any water dripping out the drip tube. It acted like it was froze up. After I got home I let it set for 2 hours and went out to check it again. There was a huge puddle under the truck and I got in it and started it and it worked fine. It was frozen up just like I thought. Now I have a question. Does that mean low freon or to much? To high pressure or?
* It's under warranty, so they will fix it. I still wonder what's going on though.
* "Every one of your forebears has been attractive enough to find a mate, healthy enough to reproduce, and sufficiently blessed by fate and circumstances to live long enough to do so. Not one of your pertinent ancestors was squashed, devoured, drowned, starved, stranded, stuck fast, untimely wounded, or otherwise deflected from its life's quest of delivering a tiny charge of genetic material to the right partner at the right moment in order to perpetuate the only possible sequence of hereditary combinations that could result—eventually, astoundingly, and all too briefly—in you."
* Dwell on that!
* Have a great day, see ya Around The Corner!

don't know if i'm right or wrong.. but i've always been told that when an AC freezes up the freon is low...also a dirty filter will do it

genetics is an amazing thing... planting seeds at just the right moment... pretty incredible when you think about it all

I don't know anything about vehicles, but I do know that we've had several new Peterbilts here that the a/c has done the same thing on, and it's because the pressure on the freon has to be EXACTLY 3 lbs. If it's even a tiny bit over or under it will do exactly what yours did.

Thats all I have to offer though.

Thankful for warranty!

Mom is home and doing well, can't wait to see her this weekend.

Tiny baby Cole Selby is doing well also, should go to school tomorrow.

I'm still kinda hung up on post above, genetics are amazing, unfortunately like all good things can be abused. I think Perry should throw this out at the next debate ... govt mandated birth control and or sterilization. Of coarse add drug testing prior to rerceiving gov't benefits and limit the length of time they arre available. I'm just sayin!

Honey, as much as I love your view on the matter at hand, and highly respect your opinion, I'm afraid he would never make office!!

Decleration of Independent Texas

Then we secede! United State of Texas. I like the sound of that, it just rolls off your tongue.
1) English is our country's FIRST language, all others are second.
2) Get a job, pay taxes. Then there won't be a burden on education or healthcare.
3) Stringent proof of disability or inability to learn and manage a skill for gainful employment...
a) drug test prior to benefits
b) responsible procreation, for those who aren't gov't issue birth control/sterilization
c) short and long term goals for maitaining yours and whom you are responsible for future w/out assistance ( take a less than ideal job til you get in the ballpark of where you want to be, cut off benefits for as long as you had them when you go past the deadline with no results)
4) Create an island (like in Dubai) with and electric fence surrounded by great white sharks for pedifiles and pervs or let the real criminals in jail take care of
their punishment.

These are great campaign issues.

The magic of DNA amazes me daily. Today's bit "of hereditary combinations" involved the Little Boy getting his first pair of spectacles. Cute little Bug!

it can mean its low on freon but also check to see if you have a "in cabin" air filter. when those get stopped up it can also freeze up and restrict your air flow coming out of the vents.
