* Dang it was hot yesterday.
* Everything is packed for our trip. All necessary credentials are ready, and a trip to the bank today will finish up everything.
* We are supposed to be at the airport two hours early to clear customs. That means we will have to leave the house around 4am tomorrow morning. Since we are traveling first class, we should be able to stretch out and sleep on the plane.
* No Sherri, I'm not gonna sport a "Mankini".
* Anyone that knows me, knows that my modesty prohibits that.
* I have Googled "nude beaches in Mexico". Not that I would want to go, but to have the information available to keep W-stepson and his friend away from those areas.

* By the time you read this, you will have already heard that there has been a mass shooting in Colorada. Reports as I type this are that 14 are dead and at least 50 injured. I fear the world that my grandchildren will have to grow up in.
* The pain is gone. Yesterday evening it quit. I haven't felt it since. This morning I was clearing everything out of the backseat of my pickup and when I leaned over the seat, I felt the pain again. So I repeated the scenario and sure enough, I could make the pain start and then it would go away. That leads me to believe its a strain or muscle pull.
* That's actually a relief to know.
* Why can't there be a channel on TV for political ads? Then banish them from any other station.
* Our water bill has nearly tripled since installing project DTB, but the grass is beautiful. It feels so good to walk across the grass barefooted, especially at night.
* Except you have to watch out for Sophie bombs.
* W-baby mom and her family are going to keep Sophie while we are gone. I bet money that she don't think Sophie is so sweet by the time we return.
* The new lady on the Today show is skinny, and in my opinion, she doesn't fit with Matt Lauer. He makes her look stupid.

You don't go through customs till you get to Mexico and on your return to the US. Only through security as regular for the departure. But have your passports ready!

If you park at the airport you might want to take a picture of the level and space where you leave your vehicle parked so you can remember where it is when you get back. We did that last summer and it saved us trying to find it when we got back. After 7 days I kind of forgot where we had parked. ;-)

Jeez, I never thought to tell you not to park at the airport! Park, Ride, Fly or The Parking Spot are cheaper and they will shuttle you to and from the airport.
