Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life, but define yourself. Harvey S. Firestone

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

From The Corner Of My MInd

* Its been hot. Humid and hot.
* I need to remember to turn the water sprinklers back on.
* W-spouse and I got to visit with both the grand babies yesterday. We might have bought them both a sno cone.
* I love to spoil them.
* I gave Sophie a bath outside Monday. Were both soaked after that was over. She has the softest coat of hair than any dog I have ever had.
* We had let her play in the mud and in the lake at Rocky Ridge on Sunday. That was her first experience in the water. At first she needed to be encouraged, but after throwing a few sticks out in the water, she then wouldn't get out. She loved it.
* The Miami Heat are a bunch of thugs. The announcers and media encourage them to be thugs. The announcers are extremely bias towards Miami. I have quit watching the NBA because in a small way, I think it's a rigged sport. From the purchasing of players to the NBA title. Watching the first 4 games of the NBA championship this year only confirms my suspicions.
* We either need to start using our boat, or get rid of it.
* I prepared a wonderful casserole Monday evening. Everyone thought it was great. Actually, it was hamburger helper with Rotel and some diced potatoes thrown in. No one was the wiser.
* If you have a Kuerig coffe maker. Try the Southern Sweet tea. Only 4g of sugar per serving and it's really good.
* Mother in law, I hope you get to feeling better. Love ya!
* Time to get to work, see ya Around The Corner!

Oh...AND....I totally agree with you about the NBA finals. I was so mad last night, it is like Lebron is invisible to the refs!! Such BS. But anyways. The Thunder need to win this next game, but I am not sure if they can pull off the series or not...Maybe Lebron will get his ring so we dont have to hear anymore about it!!

They all make more money by going to seven games, or even five. How else do you explain the collapse of one team in the final minutes?
How long since one team took the first four games?
Give me good ol' everybody know it is show biz professional wrestling!
