* Project "Destroy The Backyard" is nearing completion. We are ready for this to be over. I'm tired of working on it till dark everyday and so is W-spouse. It sure will be fun watching the kids and grand kids enjoy it and play on it..
* I want to get this for an add on already, but W-spouse won't let me get it yet.
* There is so many little things that take so much time to do, and when you get through doing them, you stand back and take a look and it seems like you did nothing.
* As you can see from the above picture the slide and all the swing parts came in yesterday. The hardware that the swing chains hang from are huge. I will try to take a picture of one of them to show you. I want to say they are overkill, but nothing is overkill when my grand kids are playing on it. The stronger and safer, the better.
* I have a few bolts to pick up to hang the hardware from. Then I have to drill the holes through the pipe. From the top of the ladder. That isn't going to be the most fun part of this project.
* We purchased Grey Composite decking for the upper deck and climbing wall. All the pieces have been cut and are ready for installation when the paint dries.
* I will be 50 in a little over a month. Not sure how I feel about that just yet.
* We might be empty nesters in September. I know exactly how I feel about that.
* Our preacher and his wife were empty nesters for 45 minutes. Their daughter moved out for college, and 45 minutes later her grandmother moved in with them.
* I different, newer, more powerful swivel was delivered out to me this morning. We are all hoping this makes our job simpler and easier. I know it will mine.
* I went walking in canada, and found a Harley....from Japan.
* Chest pounding. Nuff said.
* He bought a BMW motorcycle and claims it gave him a two year erection. Big deal, I bought two Harley Davidsons and got screwed out of thousands of dollars.
* Awesome attendance record.
* Be careful coming home. You know who you are.
* I hope you have a blessed day, see ya Around The Corner!
