The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

Some people get spiritual because they see the light and some people get spiritual because they feel the heat!

From The Corner Of My Mind

* It's a sunny beautiful morning in North Texas. Get out and enjoy the day.
* That sounded all bright and cheerful, when in fact I'm tired. W-spouse is tired. I would say we are "plumb tuckered out". Long hours at work, and working every night on project DTB has worn us out. W-spouse was still laying in the prone position when I left for work. She said she just needed to lay there for a while.
* Enough of the complaining. Or maybe not.
* I got all the deck boards on the deck screwed down last night right before dark. Of course the first screws that I bought were too short so I had to make a Lowes run to get some more. I have at least one screw in each end of the decking, and on some I had time to put two. I hope to finish putting in all the screws tonight. Then try to get the deck boards on the climbing wall.
* The next step after that will be to climb to the top and drill holes for the swing chain hangers. That step  I am dreading. Standing on top of the ladder drilling 3/8" holes in round tubing. 6 of them.
* I have to go back to Lowes again because I didn't buy enough bolts and I forgot the extra chain to make the swings low enough for the girls. I also need some rope and some sort of latch to hold the climbing wall when it is hinged in the up position.
* This well we are working on is being stubborn.
* I mentioned yesterday that the shop was bringing me a piece of equipment that should make things easier. They did, and it did. Here is a picture of it at the bottom of the page. The only difference is the one we have is blue.
* Prayers going out to Nick this morning.
* You also Scooter, well not so much you, but your beautiful bride.
* I really did win that raffle below. Some seem to think that was a made up story. I will take a picture of the gift card when I receive it.
* Gotta get to work, see ya Around The Corner!
