* Day one: Move in, set up, get firewood, lots of cooking, got blown away when cold front hit.
* Day two: Woke up not feeling well. Went to store and purchased breakfast burritos. Should have known something was wrong when I took one bite of mine and threw it away. As the day progressed I started feeling worse and worse. By early afternoon it was obvious that I had something more than upset stomach. By the time the sun set, I felt like I had been run over by a bus. I hung out with the gang for a short time trying my best to pretend that I was ok. I finally gave up around 8pm. W-spouse came to check on me a short time later and I was burning up with fever. You don't want to know the details of the next few hours.
* Fast forward to now, OMG, I feel so much better. Actually, I feel normal. I've had two cups of coffee, and I am even hungry.
* The last of our group arrived around noon yesterday. Everyone is set up and ready for the visiting and fun to begin.
* Some of the group stayed up late into the night hanging out by the campfire.
* We will miss some of the activities tonight. We are going to Senior night at the ball game in Decatur. If I get my way, we will be headed back after halftime. That's still up for debate though.
* I just stepped outside and the wash up pan that we keep by the smoker is frozen over. Did it get that cold?
* We will be getting another load of firewood today. We already burned nearly a pickup load so far.
* More later, see ya Around The Corner!

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.
Some people get spiritual because they see the light and some people get spiritual because they feel the heat!
How do you know if you're truly a servant? See how you react the next time someone treats you like one.
