Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life, but define yourself. Harvey S. Firestone

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

Some people get spiritual because they see the light and some people get spiritual because they feel the heat!

From The Corner Of My Mind

* It feels so good outside this morning. I would have loved to have been sitting/setting on the back porch with W-spouse having a cup of coffee watching the sun come up.
* It may not last long though, this morning they were forecasting the temps to reach a hundred again next week.
* I watched a documentary last night about camel herders. I would rather watch that than any of the American Idol, Americas Got Talent, Dancing With The Stars or any other closely related show. I have as much interest in those shows as you do watching NASCAR.
* I didn't miss anything.
* I bet Harold Taft never was in this position!
* 30 percent isn't much, but at least they are starting to make some headway. That is a huge fire.
* Progress is being made at the Flight 93 memorial site. I visited there while in PA a couple of years ago. Here is a live webcam feed from the site. Here is the link to the website of the monument.
* Our missionaries in seven minutes. Mr Answers daughter is the tall blond in the pictures.
* Time to get to work, see ya Around The Corner!

I couldn't even get through the, "miss anything," segment let alone watch the debate.
No one who watched that will need Ambien for awhile.
