It'a spiral fracture of the distal fibula.
In Redneck terms, the little bone, beside the big bone right beside the ankle on his left side is broken. Surgery is cheduled for next Friday if the swelling has subsided to insert a plate and 6-7 screws.
This is NOT his X-ray, but his looked nearly identical to this one.

Tell Cole that I'm so sorry. Or I will if he's at Church tomorrow. I don't know if he's mobile. Sarah had her senior year wiped out due to injury so we feel for Cole, Whit and you.
On another note, someone may need to check on Jar. After Baylor's shocking win over TCU, I'm just glad his pool's not finished and filled with water. Or, Mrs. Jar might be posting a picture of him at the bottom of the pool with a concrete block tied around an ankle.
