The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

Some people get spiritual because they see the light and some people get spiritual because they feel the heat!

From The Corner Of My Mind

* 107 today.
* W-spouse had W-stepson #3 in the ER at WRHS this morning at 5am. He had something hurting inside about hip level. After doing a CT scan on him, it was determined to be just a muscle strain. So glad that it wasn't his appendix, and or course no surgery.
* We are all kind of beat down and tired after getting in bed way late and getting up early. W-spouse and him left the house around 4am.
* He has been hanging out with a girl from Bridgeport. That's going to be interesting when football season starts.
* From all indications we are hearing, she is a great kid. He.....BETTER BE!
* Her uncle is also the Manager where I work.
* I saw three deer and a coyote, nearly in the same place, this morning on the way to work. I wonder how this heat affects wildlife other than making things to eat harder to find? One of the guys that I work with has lost two horses that according to the vet, have died of heat stroke.
* W-dog hates going outside. He has changed his place that he normally does his buisness. It's much closer to the house. He stays out only long enough to get things done and he comes back in and collapses on the couch. Of course he is 14 years old also. Isn't that nearly a 100 in human years?
* Thanks Mr. Answers, we missed you also.
* I hate to be the last person to find something important out. I hate even worse to find it out through the grapevine channel.
* We will be attending my Mother and Father in laws 50th wedding anniversary on the 20th of this month. 50 years? W-spouse and I will be in our 90s if we reach that milestone.
* I need to ge to work, see ya Around The Corner!

I'd guess the horses got impaction colic from not drinking enough water. :-( I added a tub in the shade of the barn, along with their normal trough that has direct sun all day.
