* It's going to be hot again today. I spent the better part of the day yesterday outside working. That wasn't as much fun as staying outside at the lake.
* I understand how and why the jury came to the conclusion that they did in the Casey Anthony trial. I am confused as to why the prosecutor thought that his circumstantial evidence would convict her. I am hurt that we may never know what happened to that little child. My gut instinct tells me that her and her father know something. If they do, I hope that it fills their hearts and souls with guilt, and burdens their each and every day in such a manner that neither of them will be able to function within our society.
* That wasn't very Christian like.
* W-spouse, Cole and I had dinner at Ojedas in Paradise last night. We didn't get to eat till nearly 8pm. I didn't get to eat yesterday during the day and I was hungry so I gorged myself on chips, queso and hot sauce before eating the main course. I washed it all down with about 5 glasses of tea and by the time we got home, I was miserable. I was fast asleep by 10pm, but tossed and turned all night because we ate so late.
* Tuesday morning I got up and went over to my great aunts lakehouse and made breakfast for her. Everyone had left to go walking, or to work and her and I spent some quality time together just visiting and talking. Thirty one years ago, after I graduated, I headed off to Wise County to find a job in the oilfield. My great aunt and uncle opened their doors and welcomed me in to their house. They provided me a safe home and plenty of groceries to eat. I look back now and see just how much they did for me and the lasting impressions they made on my life. I will NEVER be able to repay them for helping me during that time in my life, but I will NEVER doubt the love and generosity they bestowed upon me. My aunt still melts my heart with her smile and calms my soul with her easy going demeanor. I cherish the moments with you I love you Aunt Bonnie.
* Want me to confuse you a little? She is my great aunt on my mothers side of the family and my step aunt on my step dads side of the family.
* I am going to say something that will blow your mind. Pay attention, because this WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN! During the Nascar Sprint cup race Saturday night, I witnessed Jeff Gordon get spun out and save his car in of of the best moves ever made in NASCAR. I could not believe that he went down in front of 5 different cars and spun, came back around and missed them all, gathering it back up and headed back in the right direction with barely a scratch. I was screaming for someone to hit him and it never happened. It was a great save.
* The 2 wrecks at the same time on the last lap is something you won't see very often either.
* I need to get to work, see ya Around The Corner!

gordon can make that move...he may be a wimpy lil crybaby but hes finally learning how to drive w/o taking out half the field...too bad he can't win much anymore. Your future HOF inductee KB sure couldn't do what gordon managed to do.
I have literally been sick to my stomach for 2 days over the verdict. Just because she was proved."NOT GUILTY" does not mean she is INNOCENT! I do know this though....God is the only one that truly knows what happened and she will pay for what she has done. It may not be in this life but she will pay. Being released next Wednesday? SMH
Then why don't you quit judging and leave it in God's hands? You said yourself that God is the only one who knows what happened. So quit worrying about it and get on down the road to stuff that you can control.
