I don't know if it was your posting or if the guy was just by nature a good apple, but we saw a DPS Trooper in Mineral Wells last week peel off when he saw a car with its hood up by the side of the road, and he stopped to see if they needed any assistance.
Don't know if it was your post or if the Trooper was just a good apple, but I saw a DPS black & white stop last week in Mineral Wells to see if a stranded motorist needed assistance.
