* There is a slight chance of rain today, and then clear skies for a few days. Unfortunately, I seem to be right under that "slight chance" as I type this. It's raining here.
* Thanks for all the responses to yesterdays debate between W-spouse and I. Looks like I win the battle, but I'm sure I will never win the war.
* I think Jar had the best answer though.
* I borrowed Papa Harolds tractor yesterday to start leveling the backyard. I was working on digging the roots up on the tree stumps and the bucket quit working. That is about my luck. I borrow something and break it.
* I just talked to the service department at McMaster and they said that I probably had a hose come unplugged. I'm praying that is all it is.
* We didn't tear the wall down yesterday. We were both tired and didn't feel like messing with it. I hope to get it tore down today or this weekend.
* W-stepson #3 stayed in Dallas yesterday and attended the M.E.P.S. Are those the right letters? Testing for the Army.
* We caught up on Justified and Shameless last night. Shameless is truly shameless. Some sick people wrote the script for that show. I can't imagine people living like that, but I'm not naive enough to believe that they don't.
* Compare the reversal of the NASCAR penalties this week to the penalties handed down by the NFL yesterday. That made NASCAR look really bad. Do I believe that the NFL penalties were to harsh? Nope, they were trying to injure and or kill the other players for pay. Isn't that intent to injure? Isn't that against the law?
* Could a player that received injuries last year while playing against the Saints now file charges against the team?
* I guess not, but couldn't it be interpreted that way?
* I picked Kevin Harvick to win this week at Auto Club Speedway. As much as I dislike him, I would like to win this Fantasy League and I honestly believe that he has a great shot at being first across the line. It was either him or Jeff Gordon, and we all know how I feel about him.
* Gotta run, see ya Around The Corner!

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

P.L. I'll pick Jeff Gordon. After all, you did like Jar's comment over mine and Kathleen's.
You could have it done while you are at TMS.
Yeah, Jar is brave with someone else's wife. If he tried that at home, he'd get slapped so hard that there wouldn't be any purple left at TCU.
