Question Of The Day
How many days of work or school did you or your family miss last week and what did you do to occupy your time?
The kids missed four days of school and we watched movies, got caught up on all the laundry (even went digging for more...lol), set up a fish tank (and now nursery!), played outside A LOT, cleaned (fun for me, not the kids) and honestly, thoroughly enjoyed being snowed-in. =)
I hate the thought of anyone going unpaid for weather-faulted missed days of work. That's just awful. Not like you could help it!!?
And the pipes mishaps finally hit our house too. The pump house was gurgling in an awful fashion Saturday....pipes, fittings, all kerplunk. What a mess.
The kids and I missed 4 days, my husband was able to work since he has 4x4. We watched tv, played outside, played beauty shop(hair and nails) with the girls and made tshirts. Did not want to go to work/school today. Was an Awesome break.

I missed four unpaid days of work last week. I spent the time trying in vain to thaw the pump and pipes, and melted show for 'necessaries'.
Also played with the dog and fed many many children. Papoose #2 missed four days of school as well.
Lost 4 days last week and today (Monday) so far, all unpaid.

I missed all week, mostly due to a sick daughter (who is much much better now) and also due to the snow...yuck.
