The gunman yesterday in the Florida school board meeting left a message about himself on his Facebook page that said,
"I was just born poor in a country where the Wealthy manipulate, use, abuse, and economically enslave 95 percent of the population. Rich Republicans, Rich Democrats ... same-same ... rich ... they take turns fleecing us ... our few dollars ... pyramiding the wealth for themselves."
I do not accept his actions or behavior in any way, but I wonder how many people are walking around this country right now on the verge of a meltdown thinking the very same thing? These scenarios are being played out ever increasingly in the society in which we live. Did this shooter have the "eye for an eye mentality" for his wife being fired? Or was he just pissed off at the government, and took it out on the school board?

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.
Some people get spiritual because they see the light and some people get spiritual because they feel the heat!
How do you know if you're truly a servant? See how you react the next time someone treats you like one.

I think it's honest frustration diluted by a hostile dose of 't'aint fair....and celebrated by a host of liberals nationwide.
You get enough honest frustration going after enough hard luck and the 't'aint fairs are a natural progression of the mind, unless you're Mary Poppins, Gidget or Mother Theresa.
I don't think the guy was a true liberal, apparently, he was a gun owner.
Sort of reminds one of the Michael Douglas character in Falling Down.
