The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

Calmly decline as a conflict of interest

Answers? I don't know the questions. said...

You have to be honest to be fair to the employer. I would tell him in advance what I would say. Leave it up to him whether he wants to use you as a reference.

Ummm...I would give them the recommendation they want. I have before. It was something like this.

I have a friend looking for a job. She has all the right skills and ablility to do the job you need. However, she will only show up half the time and gets pissy with people who dont agree with her. If you want to meet with her and make your own choice please do but I would not hire her to work with me. But she is a very pretty woman and she does have the skills to work her.
