Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life, but define yourself. Harvey S. Firestone

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

From The Corner Of My Mind

* Very long weekend for W-spouse. She worked nearly as much as she was home. There were a lot of surgeries over the weekend.
* I have gotten a few comments about my blog grammar that I did not post. There are some very serious people out there, that demand perfection in that area.
* Well it ain't gonna happen. <---- Note 2 mistakes!
* I'm not a writer. I'm a storyteller. If it wasn't for spell check or auto fill text, I would make a lot more mistakes.
* My blog is unique in the fact that you might have to dumb down a small bit just to be entertained. It's a break from the usual politics and controversy around the corner.
* I'm getting my butt kicked right now in 6 different games of WwF.
* If you haven't gotten outside today, you are missing a beautiful day.
* I had a taco salad from Taco Casa today for lunch. No beuno.
* We got the transmission out yesterday and it's waiting to be picked up for the rebuild. W-spouse had to make a mad dash for us to Lowes. We also needed a 16 metric wrench. Couldn't find mine anywhere.
* Isn't it amazing how tools just dissapear.
* When we were cleaning up everything, quess what we found? The wrench just magically reappeared.
* I am one of those people that everything has it's proper place. Especially my tools. It's very frustrating to go get something and it's not where I put it the last time I used it.
* The trouble with that is, no one has access to them but me. So I can't lay the blame on anyone.
* That was a terrible motorcycle crash in the update over the weekend. I've ridden long enough to know that in a truck vs motorcycle accident, the motorcycle is going to lose everytime.
* That is just one of the reasons that I sold mine. I love to ride, but I want to live more.
* I nearly got into an accident earlier this year. I never got over the fear of that.
* I also want to be around to spoil my grandkids.
* We watched the second episode of Boardwalk Empire on HBO last night. It's going to have to get a lot better to hold our attention. So far I don't think it's even close to being as good as the Sopranos.
* See ya Around The Corner!

You are a good man. You work hard, pay taxes, love and take care of your family and find ways to enjoy life. Congratulations for having the wisdom to ignore the Grammar Nazis and telling the gits to naff off by deleting their whiny comments.

Incidentally, you are really getting much better at WWF.

I'm with AnO. Keep being the real you and while you're at it, tell the grammar douche bags to eff off. You need to keep deleting their bullshit so maybe they'll get a life then they can have something to write about on their own damned blog.
