Thanksgiving Thoughts

I'm thankful for......
My God
My Wife
My children
My grandchildren
My immediate family, and extended family
My church
My job
My friends, church friends, and especially my group text friends
My health
I have so many things to be thankful for. So many circumstances in my life that allow me to see and learn things. From time to time I don't see the little things, and take the time to stop and be thankful, because I'm always looking at the mountain. This has been a life changing year for me. I've watched my cousin as he tries to recover from a devastating injury. I'm not thankful that he's injured, but I am thankful for what his accident has taught me, and what his courage and persistence has reminded me of. I've turned 50. I'm thankful that I have lived this long and have gotten to do the things that I have, and to spend the time with those that I love. W-spouse and I became empty nesters. I am thankful that her and I have had time alone together to rebuild and refresh our marriage.
I am thankful to my loyal readers that follow along on here, even though I have been lacking in my posts.
I've got it really good, and I have so much to be thankful for.
