* The last three days we have spent at Harris Methodist Hospital, downtown Ft Worth. Moms surgery on Friday was a success. The actual surgery started at 12:11pm and was finished around 4pm. She was in recovery for about an hour and then moved to her room.
Saturday morning when we arrived at 8:30am she was already sitting up in a chair. We spent the day with her and returned back home around 5.
This morning we arrived around 8am and she had already walked to the door twice. She is doing great and we hope to walk her to the nurses station and back today. If she can do that, and all body functions return properly today, she could get to come home tomorrow(Monday).
Thanks for all the prayers, texts and phone calls. It means a lot to us and is a testament of how many lives my mother has touched.
