* The weather forecasters said "No rain in sight till maybe Saturday". This morning on the way to Ponder, I saw lightning in the East and it even sprinkled on me for a few minutes.
* As far as word verification is concerned, I will leave it off until I start getting slammed with spam emails again, then I will have to turn it back on. Yes, when I comment on other blogs, I myself have trouble deciphering the word codes. It seems they are getting longer and harder to read.
* On most mornings I listen to the NASCAR Morning Drive on Sirius satellite radio. All this week I have been listening to another station. 94.9 KLTY. It seems to start my day out on a more positive note.
* Not that most of my days start out negative.
* Based on some of the comments that I get and DON'T approve, others need to use that simple task and start their day out on a more positive manner.
* Last night I worked on project DTB for a few hours. Some of the things I am doing right now don't make a big showing and after working a few hours it looks like I didn't do anything.
* I chose to try JB Weld on the welder exhaust. I will keep you updated on whether or not it holds.
* I'm glad that Papa Harold and W-mom are retired and getting to fish every day and do the things that they want to after working so hard all their lives. Now, if they could just catch some fish for us to eat.
* We took Sophie the Labradoodle to the groomers on Sunday at PetSmart. The cut they gave her is the same one that they give a Standard Poodle similar to this one. That isn't quite the look we were shooting for, so next time we will take them a picture that looks more like this.
* She looks so skinny without all that hair.
* Oh, and for you doubters, the wireless perimeter fencing that we purchased works good so far. She has learned the boundaries and maintains that perimeter. It has bit her a few times, but she knows when the alarm goes off to head back toward the house.
* I am still in first place in the NASCAR fantasy league. I have an eight point lead over the next person. That is not a commanding lead, but a pretty hard number to catch unless I stumble badly. Which is very easy to do. The next 5 races are not going to be easy. I chose the easy picks first, now it gets harder.
* Have a great Wednesday, see ya Around The Corner!

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.
Some people get spiritual because they see the light and some people get spiritual because they feel the heat!
How do you know if you're truly a servant? See how you react the next time someone treats you like one.
