* Temperature at 50 degrees in Justin this morning. Not a cloud in the sky. We needed the rain, but I'm glad it's over. It wasn't fun standing in the rain drilling on Friday and Saturday.
* It was a busy weekend. Friday Night, we had a birthday party at the house for W-stepson #3 18th birthday. Pizza, cake and lots of fun. He had a lot of his friends and just as many family members in attendance. He and his friends all left about 8:30 and went to Main Event in Grapevine and finished the night off.
* I worked on Saturday while W-spouse kept Ava G. She also went to Ft Worth and put her name on 2 massive granite slabs for the kitchen.
* When I got off work, her and I went to see the movie Act Of Valor. I shed tears at the end. I can't say it enough, many many thanks to our service members who serve to keep us free, and to those who have served before them. Go watch this movie. I don't think you will be disappointed.
* Sunday morning, we went to Bible class and Church. Immediately following church, we rushed home and the guys showed up to measure the counter tops for the granite. As soon as they left, W-spouse began to prepare for her Pampered Chef party. I went outside and started working on the Jeep. I was banned from the race on TV till the party wound down, but I listened to it on the radio while I worked on the Jeep.
* You can see the rock sliders installed in the post below. I can't wait to test them out. Hopefully this next weekend.
* By the time the party was over, I was finished with the Jeep and ran inside to watch the end of the race where our driver won.
* Tony Stewart in the #14 won the race at Las Vegas yesterday dominating the last half of the race. I guess that will answer any of the questions whether or not he made the right decision replacing crew chiefs at the end of last season.
* I picked Jimmy Johnson #48 for my fantasy league this week. He finished in the #2 place which should move me up pretty close to the top of the leader board. I should be around 5th or 6th place.
* Since you are so interested in knowing, Kyle Busch finished in 23rd place.
* Madison has been sick all weekend. She ran a fever on Friday and Saturday, but yesterday she was better. She was still in a bad mood, but she ran no fever yesterday. We were on Facetime with her last night and she was smiling and playing.
* I love this time change. Although I'm dragging this morning.
* Have a blessed day and a great week, see ya Around The Corner.

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.
