Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life, but define yourself. Harvey S. Firestone

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

Some people get spiritual because they see the light and some people get spiritual because they feel the heat!

How do you know if you're truly a servant? See how you react the next time someone treats you like one.

From The Corner Of My Mind

* A balmy 52 degrees this morning. Cloudy and a slight chance of rain. Cooler temps are expected the rest of the week.
* Doggy kidnapping? That's funny.
GTG That must be an amazing experience. I know of twice that they have been in the last year. Kudos to you my friend.
* W-spouse and I have been invited to a formal wedding. Are you kidding me? I don't even own a suit, and I am sure not going to purchase one just to attend a wedding. I informed my dear wife should could go without me. Now if they didn't mind me going in cowboy boots, I wouldn't mind watching all the hoopla, might even be fun. I've NEVER sat at a table that had $200 a plate food in front of me.
* Probably wouldn't be chicken fried steak and french fries.
* The winch came in yesterday. We opened it and put it on sawhorses in the building to check it out. It's huge.
* W-spouse and I are checking out spot and fog lights to add to the Jeep now. I think an upgraded battery may now be needed with the winch and extra lighting.
* I am in a debating between Rhino Linings or Line X to spray the bumpers on the Jeep when they arrive. Line X is about $100 more, but some say it's better.
* W-spouse is feeling better, although she still sounds like she has smoked cigs all her life.
* Sophie the Labradoodle is doing great in her training. She's having fewer accidents and W-spouse has taught her to sit and shake on command. When I throw a ball out in the yard, she runs to it and lays down beside it. I'm thinking she might be a little lazy.
* I got to see Madison yesterday. When I walked in the door, she was so excited and yelled "Papa". It melted my heart.
* Gotta run, see ya Around The Corner!
