Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life, but define yourself. Harvey S. Firestone

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

Some people get spiritual because they see the light and some people get spiritual because they feel the heat!

From The Corner Of My Mind

* Showing 32 degrees on the ride over this morning.
* W-spouse was under the weather all weekend. When she works as many long hours as she did last week, she usually pays for it with her health in one way or another.
* Saturday we went to Pet Smart in Ft Worth to get a few things for the new dog. We needed a crate to keep her in during the day till she gets trained.
* We also purchased a wireless fence system. Saturday evening we spent a couple of hours finding the proper place to put it in the house, and set the perimeter around the hose. For the first two weeks, she will wear the collar when she goes outside on the leash and get familiar with the beeping sound as she gets near the outer perimeter. After that if she is responding to the beeps, and if so, then set it to obedience mode and see if it works.
* Kudos to my new tax lady. She rocks!
* Sunday morning I went to church alone. W-stepson slept in and W-spouse was home recuperating. We finished Revelation in our Bible class. It was a great learning experience to hear it taught in the way we did. Probably one of the most debated books of the Bible, not once during our study was a debate even encountered. Opinions, yes. Debates, no.
* My phone is usually glued to my side 24/7. I use it for personal use and for work. My work requires me to be ready 24/7. Since starting back to church, I usually leave it in the vehicle during class and morning worship service. This past Sunday I took it in with me and put it on silent in case W-spouse needed something. I had an important text right before class started and got scolded for it. :-)
* My cousin who lost his father a few months ago and is taking things pretty hard this past week. Most of you know him. Give him a text or call if you feel compelled. Also keep him in your prayers, we don't need him sliding off into a dark place. Brother, things will get better.
* The Daytona Budweiser Shootout is less than two weeks away. I'm starting to get the shakes. I MISS NASCAR.
* The Super Bowl commercials: Two or three made us laugh. The rest were just so so. My two favorites were the Doritos commercials and the M&M commercials. The E-Trade baby was pretty good also.
* I didn't really care who won, but I suppose I was rooting for New York just because they were NFC.  On the other hand, W-spouse and I were kind of wanting the Patriots to win just because of the owners wife dedication thing.
* That rookie offensive lineman for the Patriots was a huge guy. Wilford?
* I just received a phone call from the delivery guy who is delivering the winch. It is scheduled to arrive today. W-mom is going to meet him and sign for it. Thanks Mom!!
* I am tracking the bumpers online. They should arrive by the end of the week.
* I have considered changing jobs over the last few days. I'm still praying about it.
* Hope you have a great day, see ya Around The Corner!

Hope you have a good day honey, live you.
Can't wait for more Jeep stuff! Lol
Our new edition, Sophie, has been quit an expense! Two more things, a trip to vet for 12wk shots and chip, then spay when age appropriate. No matter what, she'll NEVER reach Jeep or NASCAR expense status.

One of my favorite commercials was the Yogart one where she head butted him. Next would be the etrade.
