* 25 degrees on the ride over this morning. Even though it's colder than yesterday, it doesn't feel that cold without the wind.
* The guy with the jeep called yesterday and it was still not ready. Time to move on.
* If I get off work in time today, I will head to the Metromess to look at and test drive a few. If not, W-spouse and I will go in the morning.
* For the commenter yesterday that was wondering about roll over protection in a jeep. Here ya go!
* When I got home yesterday W-stepson had the movie Gladiator on in the media room. The sound was amazing. I don't know if I had ever watched the whole movie, and only got to watch the last hour or so yesterday. Joaquin Phoenix played an evil Commodus, smart yet crazy at the same time. Tommy Flanagan was also in the movie, he plays one of the patched members in Sons Of Anarchy.
* I need to TIVO it so I can watch the whole thing.
* I attended a "wink" safety meeting "wink" last night at Frillys. Our company President, Vice President, HR director, and one our lead investors were in attendance. I left them around 10:00pm. I had been there since 7pm. W-spouse dropped me off and picked me up in case I had a cocktail or two. There were a few of them that probably woke up this morning with a head ache. They all had to be up at 6am to head to our Kilgore store. I wonder how that went?
* We added a new member to our group text yesterday. She is still on probation for now, but it looks like she can stay. She probably regretted it after 5 minutes.
* Our group text have some great moments. Some comical, some very unrealistic, some very touching. Yesterday, a serious confession was made that nearly had me in tears. I have no doubt that it was real.
* I have this weird pain in my pinkie finger on my right hand this morning. It woke me up at 4:30 am. Not like it's broken, but a constant ache. Motrin hasn't helped so far.
* I Googled it. First thing that comes up is Carpal Tunnel. Whatever.
* From the reports I'm hearing, testing was good at Daytona yesterday. The changes to the cars didn't make as big of an impact breaking the two car tandems up as they NASCAR would have liked. More changes to the cars are possible before we hit the track for real in 43 days.

The pain in your pinkie means something is inside of you wanting to come out. Did you see the "Alien" movies?
Carpal Tunnel is a real possibility. I know you have to type to blog but I know you won't give up blogging. Instead, you might need to cut down on your blogging. Possibly eliminating all NASCAR posts might reduce the pressure on your little pinkie. No need to thank me, I'm just looking out for you.
