The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

Kurt Busch Is Out ***LANGUAGE WARNING***
This is the video captured by a fan during the last race of the season at Homestead, where Kurt Busch lashes out at Dr. Jerry Punch. His actions have cost him his job at Penske Racing. News broke last night via Twitter that he was gone, but it wasn't officially announced till this morning. A mutual agreement? I think not.
Now the questions must be asked: Where will he have a ride next year, if any? Who will put up with his actions? What legitimate crew chief would want to work with him? What team would even risk sponsorship over him? He is a jerk, very much like his brother, and their actions on and off the track mimic each other. This guy is a past champion (2004) and has what it takes to win another one, but doesn't, and can't seem to control his emotions under duress on and off the track. Opinions?
EDIT: This is his take on the split.
I throw the bullshit flag. Sorry, just my opinion that the sponsors had enough and told Penske to get rid of him or they would fin another team. All this hoopla about not being happy as a race car driver is baloney. You don't walk away from a multi million dollar contract and one of the most popular drivers/teams/sponsors in NASCAR because racing don't make you smile. He got fired, plain and simple.

I watched the video unedited and wondered how Dr. Punch could take it as long as he did. The producer should have pulled the plug way earlier.
As pointed out by your second video, NASCAR needs to weed these guys out, no matter how talented they are, before they overrun the sport like in the NBA.

What a complete d*ckweed. Mommy clearly didn't give much attention to anger management w/those little Busch boys.
The Busch brothers are obviously the result of the upbringing they had. 1 down, 1 to go.
I hope Penske is looking at David Reutimann.
Scratch that. I looks like it will be David Ragan.
there is a certain level of personal responsibility that comes with celebrity status in any arena...
it's about time that NASCAR do something with him... the mom in me is fixing to come out here - i'm sure there are kids and young adults who looked up to this man, idolized him, made him their hero... sad that he was such an arse and set such a bad example of not only good sportsmanship, but what it is to be a man of quality, morals, and professionalism...
to be sure, i have this same opinion of any athlete or celebrity who goes out there and makes an idiot of themselves...
