*I'm so sick of this. Get out and find a job. Go to work, even if it's flipping burgers at McDonalds. I don't feel sorry for any of them. If they think they can reverse the worlds situation from Mega Corporation greed to starting back at "Grass Roots" up, then quit bitching about it. Start at the bottom, find a job cleaning toilets, then move your way up to cleaning off tables, then to waiter/waitress, then to manager, then buy the restaurant.
* I was involved in some funny stuff yesterday with some friends. You would really have to have been there to understand and see the humor. Actually it's an ongoing thing for about the last month.
* I had some time to myself yesterday to just sit/set around and chill. I listened to Mannheim Steamroller Christmas songs for the better part of the day. Some songs I listened to at full volume, for a few times each.
* A friend produced a short video production for me after I tweeted what I was listening too. You can find it here.
* I laughed till I hurt.
* Said friend isn't in to the same Christmas music as I am. He seems to trend more towards the Elton John stuff.
* SOA has one more episode this season. Last night left us hanging.
* To ratherbesailin: It is my opinion that during the first part of the Chase, Tony made it clear that he wasn't sticking with Darian Grubbs through next year. Even though the season ended like it did, I feel Tony had made his choice and had, at that time, already made plans with Steve Addington. SA is a great crew chief, and so is Darian. I'm a little concerned that starting with a new crew chief might hamper him slightly going in to next year, but that is yet to be seen. I hate it for Darian, but that's the game we play in NASCAR. Next, Danica. She's a good driver. After some more Nationwide racing, I think she will be ready for Sprint Cup. Yes, I think she has the capability, and the backing to win a Sprint Cup race/races. A champion? Probably not. I feel that Danica, and the likes of Travis Pastrana, Ricky Carmicheal and others is a big plus for the sport of NASCAR. The demographic that NASCAR is trying for is the 18-34 year old range, and with up and coming drivers such as these, they are right on the money. Not to mention the female fans that Danica will bring to the sport.
* This is NASCAR Championship week in Las Vegas. Of course the NFR starts very soon also. Wouldn 't it be cool to see Tony Stewart riding around Thomas Mack arena on a horse carrying his trophy?
* I made it a week without talking NASCAR. That probably won't happen again.
* Time to get to work, see ya Around The Corner!

love that video!
were you sweating, shivering, and having hallucinations from NASCAR mention withdrawals? :)
I agree, go occupy gainful employment and get off the public property the rest of pay for.
Love Manheim Steamroller tunes.
Am ready for NASCAR business, thanks for the break honey, bogity bogity bogity!
Double love the video message, I laughed so hard tears ran down my legs. wink wink
Live you
Dang it, rather! See what you started?
Occupy [aaarghh]
Pfft.
The video = instant cult classic. ;-)
Thanks for the update on TS and Danica.
What do you think it would do to the sport if they didn't allow pitting during cautions? Or if you did you would lose your place, just like under green.
i agree Danica will bring a lot to the races but don't think she will ever win a Sprint Cup race; maybe a Nationwide.
Chances for a championship are slim and none and slim left town.
I'm glad you have permission to talk NASCAR again.
: )>
Rather: Actually I have had this very same argument/discussion with someone else.
Two things that I(and others like me) don't like or agree with not pitting under a caution.
#1. If we keep changing the rules in NASCAR, doesn't it take away from the legitimacy of the sport? It's hard enough already trying to prove that NASCAR is a SPORT, and it's drivers ARE athletes, just like your top NBA,NFL and NHL players
#2. Under the right conditions, not pitting under a caution, or losing your spot on the track for doing so, would give certain teams the upper hand. (I could give you a thousand reasons why, but you watch the sport and you probably can come up with a few of them on your own).
Oh, my. I hurt myself!
