Question of the day: What do you fear most? Getting caught doing 50 in a school zone? Getting caught cheating on your taxes? Going to hell for all of eternity?
Todays question comes from an Anon commentor. Thanks
Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life, but define yourself. Harvey S. Firestone
The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.
Some people get spiritual because they see the light and some people get spiritual because they feel the heat!
How do you know if you're truly a servant? See how you react the next time someone treats you like one.

Hell. Freaks me out thinking about it!
Two things.
First, that something bad will happen to my kids, as in death. Terrifies me.
Second, that I will die before I get both of them raised up and safe.
No fears at all about me.
I fear going to hell for eternity for sure!
Hell
I'm not really afraid of Hell...because I'm pretty certain that I'm not going there. Although, for some reason I feel like I shouldn't say that? <-- and that's why I deleted and clicked away this morning. ;-) I suppose it'll be really frightening if I wake up there someday anyway....
I'm afraid of ANYthing happening to my children too, Squaw....just a fever reminds me that Motherhood physically defines "visceral."
Personally, I've always been afraid of the rape too....that'd be an awful, awful way to go.
loosing one of my kids or grand kids
gotta go with the majority here... losing my kiddo or grandgirls... wow... can't imagine that darkness
as for your three... hell for sure...
of course the other two options wouldn't do me any good either... getting busted for 50 in a school zone or cheating on taxes would cause my to lose my job (i work for the school district police) and that would just suck
I don't fear going to hell, because I feel I am doing the right things to keep myself out.
I expected the answer would be hell from most responders ...
Next Question Of The Day
So:
1. why do you always slow down for a school zone?
2. why do you always pay an accountant $500 to make sure your taxes are correct?
3. why do you, on a daily basis, violate the tenets of whatever faith you profess to believe in?
If hell is truly the most scary thing someone can imagine, why don't they act appropriately 100% of the time.
