Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life, but define yourself. Harvey S. Firestone

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

Question Of The Day

Have you ever broken any appendages?

Me.....Broken arm, few of my fingers, and some may say I've cracked my skull!

Geez, Donald! Volvo Crash Dummy?? ;-)

Only my toe. Made it to my 30s and voila! Ran into coffee table leg....[crack]. Had to wear one of those dumb boot-shoes. So annoying!

I haven't broken bones, but have jacked up some soft tissue...tendons, meniscus, muscles. I fell at the lake walking on stepping stones, caught myself with my hand, thought I broke my wrist, to date the worst pain ever. And I'm pretty sure that my people would say I thought I was dieing, fell out and cried loudly. Not mu proudest moment.
Thankfully I have my own nurse, althought he must be rethinking his commitment right about now. Lol

Shattered left Clavicle-a bad car wreck, a few cracked ribs several times over the years once from sliding and colliding for home base-softball injury. 4 of my toes mostly from water skiing and my big toe from softball last summer. But the worse by far was a ruptured tendon that is on top of the foot in the ankle area. That one had me in a walking boot for 6 months...again, a softball injury.

My horse crushed several bones in my right foot, and broke the big toe really well.

Father in law broke another of my toes years ago. Long story. Ugh.
