* 34 degrees when I got into the pickup this morning. Bad weather is on the way. It all depends on whether the rain and cold air gets here at the same time.
* I'm posting this via the hospital waiting room. W-spouse already went back to pre-op. She's first on the list this morning so hopefully all will go well and we will be home by noon.
* She was on call all weekend and yesterday during Sunday school class she got got called in. We had just held a prayer for her. I hope it didn't get retracted for having to leave.
* She finally got home at 9pm last night.
* This is the second visit this weekend to the hospital. We had the grandkid here Friday night. She has been really congested this week and it got bad on Friday night. They checked her for RSV. She tested positive.
* W-spouse and I can't remember RSV being around when our kids were babies. Was it? Or did it have another name?
* We got to babysit Ava G all night on Friday. She is crawling around everywhere. Time to childproof the house.
* Both of our vehicles got a make over this weekend. My company pickup was filthy, and W-spouses pickup was just as bad. Now the weather is going to get bad and they will be dirty again.
* I'm sick of Super Bowl coverage.
* Someone needs to start a weekend blog. Am I the only one that checks, and finds nothing on or local blog roll?
* OR waiting rooms are creepy.
* I just got called back to the room. She is all prepped and ready. Let the waiting begin.
* I told her nurses to ask the surgeon if he could patch a few things up while he had her under. A little tuck here, a little pull there. Just tweak things a bit. W-spouse didn't find it as humorous as I did. Hey, it never hurts to ask.
* Please say a little prayer for us today. See ya Around The Corner!

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

Prayers said for W Spouse, for sure.
I never post anything on the weekend because I work all weekend in a job where I don't even have time to check my phone, much less anything else. Plus, I don't have a computer at home unless I commandeer Papoose #2's laptop, and sometimes it just isn't worth the battle, hehe.
I bet W Spouse gave you a "You think so Spunky" when you lipped off about the nip n tuck. Just wait till she's up and about, that will merit a swift kick, I bet ;-)
Prayers are with you and spouse.
Ditto on the prayers for your lovely Spouse's recovery and for you, the Nurse. ;-) And, omg! Can't believe Ava's crawling already????
