Cryptic Messages Revealed

I have long been a fan of cryptic messages and their meanings. During World War 2 the USA intercepted messages from Japan, but were not understood in time to stop, or react to the oncoming attack. Many other times throughout history, communications have been disquised and had hidden meanings. It has always been a struggle trying to find the true meanings of these messages. Our prison systems find hidden messages in letters and cards all the time exchanged between prisoners and the outside world.
Lately I have taken it upon myself, for the enjoyment and use of my readers, to try and interpret some meanings of some very common words and numbers that we use and read everyday. This may be shocking to some, and others may be very skeptical of my interpretations. After many hours of research, countless hours of studying, sleepless night after sleepless night, I finally broke the code. I hope that you will find these interpretations helpful.

Cryptic Message:   Highway 380 between Decatur and Denton
Interpretation: Impatient drivers in a hurry to pass you so they can get to Denton or Decatur 21 seconds faster than you. What construction zone? Maximun speed limit 380 KPH

Cryptic Message: Highway 114 between Bridgeport and Rhome
Interpretation: This highway is designed to kill you. The only reason I drive this highway is I am a devoted Bulls Fan and refuse to drive through Decatur. Minimum speed limit 114 MPH

Cryptic Message: Highway 81/287 between Decatur and I-35
Interpretation: Rock Haulers and commuters going north and south, jockying for position to see if they can drive beside each other at a high rate of speed or at the minimun speed whichever impeeds the flow of traffic the most. Minimum speed 81 Mph. Maximum speed 287 KPH depending on whether or not 35 Highway Patrols are on duty.
