I would like to take this opportunity to wish my family, my church family, my friends and my new found blog friends a HAPPY THANKSGIVING. It is my hope and prayer that you have a great and joyful day in whatever way you get to celebrate tomorrow. I would also like to thank God for the many blessings bestowed upon me and for my healthy and growing family. I want to thank the people that have served our great country that allows me the freedom that I enjoy every day. I would like to thank you for reading my blog and keeping up with the events, struggles and happiness that is my life. Last but not least, I want to thank my dear wife for being a great friend, a wonderful mother and most of all the greatest wife a man could ever hope to have.

I just recently came across a blog called "Home on the Range". It is written by a woman that is a gun nut. But that's not what makes it special. Although she "just" writes a blog, she is the best writer that I've ever read. Reading her blog has blown me away. There is a link on my blog to her.
