Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life, but define yourself. Harvey S. Firestone

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

Some people get spiritual because they see the light and some people get spiritual because they feel the heat!

How do you know if you're truly a servant? See how you react the next time someone treats you like one.

From The Corner Of My Mind

* I read a quote in Readers Digest this week and it said, "Everywhere you look, it's a screensaver picture", or something like that. That reminded me of this mornings sunrise.
* When I woke up this morning, W-spouse was not in the bed. She was in the recliner asleep. I woke her up a little after 5am and told her it was time to get up and go to work. I forgot she was off today to babysit the granddaughter! Not a happy moment in time :-(
* You ever have a time you wish you could take back? I did.
* Looking back, I probably should not have doused her with that glass of cold water.
* Next time I think I will caress her lightly and pet on her a little more before I pour the water on her.
* It wasn't a pretty site her chasing me around the yard with me in my underwear and her in her nightgown. If the neighbors didn't think we were crazy before, they sure do now.
* I swear I heard the the neighbor across the street tell his son, "Thats why you need to change you underwear everyday"!
* I don't know if he was referring to me or W-spouse, because about that same time, W-spouse hung the bottom of her gown on a sprinkler head and I heard a riiiiipppppppp.
* On a positve note, it was a good early morning workout.
* W-spouse....I'm sorry for the mistake and I LOVE YOU! Have fun with Ava today.
* I'm convinced that I am going with MAC the next time I buy. My work laptop is not going to last much longer it seems. Everyday it's getting worse. It's a shame to have paid this much money for the top of the line laptop and to have already changed the hard drive twice and the motherboard once. The sound has never worked right(downloaded multiple drivers per Toshiba). The "m" key keeps falling out. The battery has never lasted more than an hour since day one(yes I trained it).
* Some of those problems are NOT pc problems, they are brand problems.
* I have a lot of friends running MAC and they never seem to have the problems that I do.
* Anyone want to buy a GREAT 19" Toshiba laptop? Works as good as it did the day I bought it.
* All the clothes are washed and don't smell like campfire anymore. The camper is cleaned up and ready to be returned home.
* I uploaded the pictures of the races from my phone to my pc last night. 141 pictures. W-spouse took that many, or more. Fun times, looking back on it!
* Thanks for following along, see ya Around The Corner!
