I started the day out by mounting a couple of toolboxes on the trailer that we had aquired over the years. These toolboxes should be large enough to store all the things we will need for future projects. I then slightly modified the insides of the toolboxes to fit our needs better. The next step was to trim out the fenders on both sides with some 1" angle iron, and then to grind them all down smooth. I then mounted the hangers for the new LED tailights that will be installed after painting.

Some prep and paint is going to change this all up soon!

where does the spare tire go? And do those boxes have dividers, or will things just be loose in there? I love projects like this.
There probably won't be a spare. I should usually be within recue range......LOL, Yes there are dividers. When I get them all cleaned out on the inside and ground down I will post a few pics. I'm ready to work now if you call.....Hint Hint
where is your vice? you know that is a necessity.
Looking good pops! I had fun hanging out with you yesterday, and taking it for its first test drive :)
I've always been envious of people who are handy and can do stuff like this.
I had to take my car to Goodyear yesterday to have them put air in a tire.
My talents lie in other places.

A vice is in the future, just have not quite figured out where I want it mounted yet.
