The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

From The Corner Of My Mind

* Right now just about all I can think about is the project Papa and I are working on. We got a welder and a trailer and are in the process of getting it all mounted on the trailer.
* This is a project that I have always wanted to do. I'm so ready to get back into fabricating, and building things.
* I would rather be working right now, but while I have a little time, I'm going to try and get as much done as possible.
* I'm going to be stopping by the pawn shops now and try to find a few tools. Chop saw, DC grinder, C clamps and other items related to welding. If you have anything you want to part with, leave me a comment.
* I have a lot of the things already, but hey, I can always use more tools!
* I found the trailer out North on 287 on the side of the road. Inquired about it yesterday. Went and tried to make an offer on it but he refused to budge. We got it anyway.
* I looked at another one that was in a whole lot worse shape for the same money. They wouldn't budge either, so we decided on the better of the two.
* This one is already registered also.
* We hope to have the welder on the trailer tomorrow and get it centered for weight distribution.
* I have to enclose the fenders and do some minor bracing. Also will be building racks for the Oxy/Actylene rig, mounting a tool box and maybe a vise. Then grind and clean it all up for painting.
* That might be a month from now.
* We ate Chinese food at the "all you can eat place" on the hill tonight. Our waitress was a pregnant Asian woman that kept flirting with me, touching me on the shoulder, and just being an all around sweetheart. She had way too short a dress on to be pregnant.
* I just had a thought, maybe she wasn't pregnant.
* I just had another thought, if she wasn't pregnant, then she ate a basketball for lunch.
* Either way, I got a laugh about it all, because I couldn't understand a thing she was talking to me about.
* They have some mushrooms there that are stuffed with cream cheese. I could eat a plate full of them alone.
* Are mushrooms diabetic friendly?
* Probably not because I like them and they are good.
* I have a friend that is is a retired two star General from the Air Force. He stopped by today and visited with me. He is so easy to talk to and get along with. I could set/sit and listen to his stories all day long.
* Actually we were standing the whole time, I just wanted to be a smartass and type set/sit for the grammar Nazis. Everyone else will crack a smile.
* I guess I better go to bed. Goodnight and see ya Around The Corner!

I have no idea what you're talking about with regards to the Trailer Project....but it sounds as though you're having a ball. =) I'll look forward to the pictures...maybe I'll gain an understanding?

Screw that set/sit stuff. Mr. Corner's some of the best stuff since that Dairy Queen guy went all South years ago.......

=)

I will get some pictures of the welder tomorrow so you will have a better understanding. Maybe even a few of it on the trailer. When I get it all together I will be available for welding projects also. Wasn't that just a great plug for me, myself and I !!!
