Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life, but define yourself. Harvey S. Firestone

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best behavior, you will bring out the best in persons with whom you are going to spend most of your waking hours.

Some people get spiritual because they see the light and some people get spiritual because they feel the heat!

* Changed the oil and fuel in my equipment this morning on location before we started. I'm soaked with sweat and dirty oil. Not a pretty picture to start the morning.
* On the positive side. I won't have to do that again for a while.
* W-spouse and I both woke up in the middle of the night and communicated at some point. She said I woke her up and I said she woke me. Since this is my blog, I'm right.
* W-spouse is one of those people that can go to sleep in like 20 seconds. I envy her for being able to do that. Her brother and dad are the same way. Sometimes I lie awake for hours.
* She also gets up real early some mornings and can't go back to sleep.
* BTW......W-spouse, if you read this, don't forget to take Archie to the groomers today.
* Archie is our Shih Tzu. He is getting very old. I think 12 this year. I will post a pic later.
* Just received a text saying that I am off tomorrow. Woo Hoo!!!
* Hill country bound maybe?
* I got a really nice Canon DLS camera for Christmas. Photography is fun, but complicated. I think I'm really more of a point and shoot person. I'm learning as I go though and to my credit have taken a few good pictures out of 10,000.
* I like sunrise and sunset pictures and have a cousin that takes some really good pictures of them. Pffff
* I will pump enough water today to fill 5 large in ground pools.
* Did you see that Airline exec last night talking about the breach at Love field? He stated 5 times that they should have just shot the guy. Well, I agree, but if they would have shot him can you just imagine the firestorm that would have erupted? I stand on the side of stopping them quick. I just have never thought of a solution to do that without endangering many others.
* Time to get out and get to work. See ya Around The Corner!

I'm going to give the "It's my blog, I'm right" philosophy a shot. I'll let you know how it works out for me, if I live. I'm not afraid of my spouse as much as I am our friends. They all carry.

My spouse sleeps like the dead. I've gotten out of bed because I heard what could have been someone driving my truck through the garage door, broke up the fight between 3 raccoons in the attached garage, took a shower before getting back in bed because I got sweaty and musked by the raccoons, watched some t.v. in the bedroom and my spouse never woke up.

You gotta admire a corporate executive who knows how to solve problems. :-]
